There are some songs that when you hear them, you can't help but dance. For Vanessa, that song is currently Dynamite by Taio Cruz. For Jonah, apparently it is a song on the cartoon show Phineas and Ferb. Which, by the way, is actually a really funny cartoon—totally ridiculous, but fun and goofy with lots of music.

Search "Jonah Dancing" on You Tube....There are a lot of Jonahs that like to dance
